Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the design and estimation of complex VRF-based HVAC projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs with a focus on energy efficiency and cost optimization. It is essential to ensure that all estimations are detailed enough to maintain post-operational profitability while adhering to company norms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and estimation of complex VRF-based HVAC projects - Prepare and review detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs - Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements - Focus on energy efficiency and cost optimization - Brief execution and procurement teams on project design, estimation, and technical expectations - Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle - Translate estimation details into actionable project plans with profitability checks - Engage with clients, consultants, architects, and stakeholders to pitch solutions and secure projects - Represent the company at project discussions, presentations, and negotiations - Identify and drive business opportunities in the Mumbai region - Lead a team of design and estimation engineers, emphasizing quality, performance, and continuous improvement - Foster collaboration across departments and mentor junior engineers - Support the management team in planning and achieving annual business goals - Ensure project estimations align with financial targets and profitability norms - Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain technical and commercial competitiveness Qualifications Required: - 10 years of experience in project management, HVAC, and VRF System work Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
