Design, Estimation & BD Manager - Mumbai

You will lead the design and estimation of complex VRF-based HVAC projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Prepare and review detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs with a focus on energy efficiency and cost optimization. Ensure all estimations are detailed enough to maintain post-operational profitability while adhering to company norms. As a key technical lead, you will ensure that execution and procurement teams are fully briefed on project design, estimation, and technical expectations. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth and accurate execution. Translate estimation details into actionable project plans with profitability checks and engage with clients, consultants, architects, and stakeholders to pitch solutions and secure projects. Represent the company at project discussions, presentations, and negotiations. Identify and drive business opportunities in the Mumbai region to foster revenue growth. Lead a team of design and estimation engineers, emphasizing quality, performance, and continuous improvement. Foster collaboration across departments and mentor junior engineers to cultivate a high-performance culture. Support the management team in planning and achieving annual business goals. Ensure project estimations align with financial targets and profitability norms, and monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain technical and commercial competitiveness.
