Job Description

The job involves recording air conditioning complaints from customers and ensuring proper documentation. You will be responsible for keeping customers informed about the status of their service requests and assigning complaints to the appropriate service engineer based on issue complexity and availability. Coordination with stores and workshops to ensure spare parts availability is crucial. You will need to ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time and respond promptly to customer repair needs by preparing accurate repair quotations. Monitoring progress to ensure service completion by the assigned engineer and updating customers on the status of their complaints or maintenance work will be part of your duties. Working closely with service engineers, stores, workshops, and the billing team to streamline operations is essential. You must address any coordination challenges effectively to avoid service delays. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in total work, Tally, customer query resolution, and HVAC. The work location is in person.,
