As a team member responsible for handling air conditioning complaints, your primary duties will include recording customer complaints and ensuring accurate documentation. You will be in charge of keeping customers updated on the progress of their service requests and assigning complaints to the most suitable service engineer based on the complexity of the issue and their availability. Additionally, you will work closely with stores and workshops to guarantee the availability of necessary spare parts and ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to promptly. In this role, you will need to respond promptly to customer repair needs, provide accurate repair quotations, and monitor the progress of service completion by the assigned engineer. Communication is key, as you will be expected to update customers regularly on the status of their complaints or maintenance work. Collaboration with service engineers, stores, workshops, and the billing team will be essential to streamline operations and address any coordination challenges effectively to prevent service delays. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in total work, Tally, customer query resolution, and HVAC. The work location for this role is in person.,
