As an Assistant Technician, you will collaborate with senior technicians on service calls across different customer locations to conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations for air conditioning systems. You will utilize the company's mobile app to accept job assignments, update service reports in real-time, and keep track of job progress. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and identifying issues within AC systems, working closely with experienced technicians to implement effective solutions. It is crucial to strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment at all times. Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers regarding service details and repair progress is essential. To excel in this role, you must own a smartphone to operate the company app for seamless real-time reporting and job management. A foundational knowledge of AC systems, repair techniques, and troubleshooting is preferred, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with senior technicians on-site. The ideal candidate should be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work overtime during late evenings and holidays, when necessary, is expected. Additionally, a professional appearance at work sites is required, including formal attire and closed formal shoes. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
