Resturant Manager - Ahmedabad

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement of supplies.
• Train, and manage a team of employees.
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses; prepare financial reports as needed.
• Implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the AOM & marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging in all restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain records related to operations, staff, and finances.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Revenue and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
