About the Role :- Experienced Design Engineering Manager to lead our design team in developing cutting-edge robotics and special purpose machines (SPMs). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mechanical and automation design, and a strong track record in leading engineering teams from concept to commissioning.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of design engineers (mechanical, automation, and electrical) to deliver innovative automation solutions.

Take ownership of the design and development of robotic systems and SPMs for various industrial applications. ( BIW,SPM, Jig fixture, Conveyor, EOAT etc )

Review customer requirements and convert them into viable engineering concepts and detailed solutions.

Oversee all design activities including 3D modeling, 2D manufacturing drawings, GD&T, BOM creation, and design validation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, controls, production, and commissioning to ensure timely project delivery.

Participate in client meetings and technical discussions, providing design input and guidance.

Drive innovation, value engineering, and design standardization across projects.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the design of robotics systems, SPMs, or industrial automation equipment.

Strong knowledge of machine design principles, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotic integration, and materials selection

Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
