Job Title: Design Engineer

(2–4 Years Experience)

Location: Plot No. 296, Rai Industrial Area, Rai, Sonipat

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview)

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation and/or checking of manufacturing drawings as per GD&T principles.

• Preparation and/or checking of Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Preparation and/or checking of General Assembly Drawings / Customer Drawings.

• Modification and updating of existing design drawings.

• Produce 2D & 3D CAD models for virtual and physical assembly verification.

• Prepare Purchase Test Specifications (PTS) for each material/component.

• Create and review part numbers and maintain component records.

• Perform engineering analysis of parts and assemblies.

• Understand and review design specifications and project requirements.

• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all technical discussions and reviews.

• Complete assigned design tasks within defined deadlines.

• Ensure all designs comply with international engineering standards.

• Support prototype development, product testing, design timing plans, and ongoing production coordination.

• Maintain confidentiality of all technical designs and documents.

• Archive and maintain technical documents, PTS, Design Packages, and Master Data.

• Ensure organized storage and retrieval of hard and soft design documents.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of relevant design engineering experience.

• Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

• Good knowledge of GD&T principles.

• Familiarity with BOM creation, technical documentation, and drawing standards.

• Strong understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and testing.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Must be familiar with engineering standards and oil & gas project requirements.

• Preference to candidates who understand drawing confidentiality and secure handling.
