Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Structural Designer with knowledge of STAAD.Pro to support the structural design and analysis of solar mounting systems, foundations, and support structures. This role is ideal for engineering graduates passionate about renewable energy and structural engineering. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the structural design and analysis of solar module mounting structures using STAAD.Pro. Prepare structural drawings, layouts, and reports as per project requirements. Support design calculations for steel and RCC structures used in solar projects. Coordinate with the project and installation teams to ensure design feasibility. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS, IEC, etc.). Assist senior engineers in optimizing structural designs for cost and performance. Maintain proper documentation of all designs and calculations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering. Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro (basic analysis and modeling skills required). Basic understanding of structural analysis and design principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools is a plus. Familiarity with solar industry standards is an advantage (not mandatory). Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
