Role Description

CAPCO INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is seeking a full-time Design Engineer to join our team on-site in (Pithampur) Indore. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing innovative and practical product designs, producing detailed CAD models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions. The role involves ensuring design feasibility, adhering to project timelines, and contributing to the optimization of mechanical and electrical systems. The individual will also be responsible for providing technical support and guidance during the product development and manufacturing phases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design to create and optimize new and existing products.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles for effective system integration and performance.
• Experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed plans and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and related field.
• Prior experience in the design and manufacturing industry is preferred.
