Skills Required :

• Press tool Design project management process skill.
• Experience in press tool design, tool room
• Conversant in Vero Visi, Hexagon, AutoCAD, 3D Modelling Software
• Sheet metal stamping operation knowledge, GD & T knowledge
• Knowledge of Welding, Heat treatment, Coating & other process
• Technology management skills
• Desired personal traits
• Design and execute solutions that create customer value
• Effective communications skills
• Design of Press Tools (Cutting & non cutting), Jigs and Fixtures
• Inspection Gauges
• Formability Analysis for Sheet Metal Parts

Job Profile:

• Study of component drawing
• Engineering analysis of a component
• Study of product functionality & complex features
• Complete Feasibility study with CFT Team
• Blank development & Strip layout
• Design of Progressive tool, Compound tool, Draw Tool, Piercing Tool, Trimming Tool
• Design reviews with toolroom team & toolmakers
• Preparation of bill of materials
• Process planning for tool elements
• Pre-trial tool review & corrective actions
• Tool trial review at vender site
• Part inspection & review
• Sample submission, customer feedback & corrective actions
• Design support in case of any tool maintenance, new modification or changes in existing tool design
• Provide support of designing for modification in press machine, spare management
• Complete all APQP documents related to Design & Development (As per IATF 16949)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
