Job Description

This profile is responsible for Roll to Roll screen printing machine, cutting and sealing machine design & development for our new product basket which is Biodegradable / Compostable packaging like Carry bags, Shopping Bags, Trash Bags, Pouches, Film, etc. Experience of Solid Works & AutoCAD. Creating new products & designs. Previous experience as Design Engineer. Designing manufacturing processes & products. Craft models & drawings of products using CAD. Research new product ideas & methods. Experience of Solid Works is must. Modification of existing products. Responsibilities : Proven experience in cutting and sealing machine design Creation of BOM for the bought outs and Error free Part and assembly drawings Good knowledge of gears, chain and sprockets, key-way, bearings, timing belt and selection Working knowledge carry bag, shopping bag, garbage on roll, courier bag machine Should have knowledge of cutting and sealing machine operations Able to work independently Selection of components like motors, pneumatics, web-alignment, rollers Troubleshooting during prototype, visiting suppliers Qualifications:B.E./ B.
