Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Designer to join our technical team, specializing in CAD-based diagramming. And having a strong knowledge in measurements and Hosing structure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing Civil based CAD designs and measurements, following established procedures, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our standards. Job Responsibilities Understand Blueprints and Create, re-create precise CAD designs using our internal CAD software by incorporating measurements and structural details. Review Blueprints and make corrections with inch level accuracy. * Perform accurate measurements and translate them into technical diagrams. * Follow standardized procedures and workflows as trained to ensure consistency and quality. * Apply civil-based CAD design principles where applicable; prior experience is a plus. * Collaborate with Supervisors, Team Leads, and Quality Control to resolve issues and improve file accuracy. * Revise and redo files as needed until they pass QC checks. * Encode and monitor progress metrics, regularly reporting updates to Team Leads. * Maintain high levels of concentration and attention to detail while performing tasks. * Uphold workplace ethics and professional behavior at all times. Qualifications and Requirements * B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering * Proactive mindset and thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Willingness to work night shifts as required * High level of commitment to quality and continuous improvementRole & responsibilities *Knowledge of Auto cad and other Civil measurements software's are preferred Work Mode :In office, 6 days working Shift : Night shifts (9:00pm to 6:00 am) Joining :Immediate to 10 days CTC -3 Lpa (including ESI and PF)
