Design Coordinator

As a candidate for the position of Site Coordinator in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for various tasks related to project coordination and site assessment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing project planning, tracking progress, monitoring, and reporting - Conducting quantity survey, estimation, and bill preparation - Coordinating design based on project requirements - Preparation of project reports, necessary correspondences, minutes of meetings, and presentations - Liaising with project consultants, clients, and stakeholders for scheduling meetings and appointments - Maintaining physical and electronic files and records - Managing procurement, contract drafting, and bid document evaluation - Exhibiting design, curation, and gallery design works with related cost estimation - Releasing drawings during construction - Executing and implementing work - Ensuring quality control - Providing post-construction services such as testing, commissioning, and handover Qualifications required for this role include: - Undergraduate Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design or Postgraduate in Architecture/Interior Design - Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), SketchUp, rendering software (Enscape/Lumion) - Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of artists and professionals The company is looking to fill one position in Ahmedabad and the remuneration will be mutually agreed upon based on experience.
