Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinic chains, and aesthetic practitioners. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and provide support through targeted marketing materials. 3) Support and participate in the development of strategy and tactics for upcoming and ongoing product launches. 4) Conduct market research to gain customer insights and detect emerging market trends that inform brand planning. 5) Monitor competitive landscape and analyze all sources sales and marketing data to inform strategies and tactics with effective response messaging. 6) Manage external industry conferences and engage with external customers. 7) Collaborates with sales to ensure a high quality of sales support in terms of new product introductions, sales training programs, key surgeon/key account field visits and regular communication, both responsive as well as proactive. 8) Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute digital strategy, including website and social media. 9) Maintains up-to-date product and industry knowledge by regular review of the literature, co-traveling with field sales personnel, attending surgeries, society meetings, etc. Qualifications and Experience: . Graduate with Minimum of 10 years Experience out of which minimum 3 years of experience in People Management Role. . Candidates having marketing experiences to HCP (Doctors and Healthcare Professionals) in Clinical Aesthetic Industry, Cosmetic Industry with National exposure will be preferred. . Candidates with marketing exposure, from Pharmaceutical Industry, having work experience in Dermatology managing a large geography are also welcome. . Travel to all the designated City / Towns for Sales & Business Development along with Field Officers ( MR ). Regular checking of Inventory at the Stockist / Distributor to ensure the availability of all the company products. Daily reporting to Regional Business Manager regarding the Primary & Secondary Sales Status. Preferred candidate profile Must have lead the team of 3 to 5 M.R or Field Officers in the Pharma Industry. Candidates having 1 to 2 years of experience as Area Business Manager are suitable to apply. Minimum 2 years Experience as a Area Manager of Derma Division or Minimum 4 to 5 Years experience as a Medical Representative in Derma Division. Candidate should have his own two wheeler. Candidate must be residing in Head Quarter. Candidate should have good knowledge of M.S. Office. Perks and benefits Good Salary & Incentives.
