Conduct in-clinic consultations and educate clients on treatment options, pricing, and expected results. Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless client experience. Maintain and track individual sales targets, daily walk-ins, and conversions. Regularly follow up with leads and past clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Stay updated on aesthetic trends, technologies, and competitor offerings. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness sector. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Presentable personality with client-facing confidence. Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Willingness to work weekends and adapt to flexible hours based on client availability. Compensation: Fixed Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
