Area Business Manager (ABM) Haryana

As an Area Business Manager (ABM) at Jupiven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading and developing operations in strategic territories within Haryana. You will be responsible for overseeing business operations across key districts such as Faridabad, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Ambala, Hisar, Karnal, and Panchkula. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading business operations in the designated territories - Appointing and managing stockists in each HQ - Building and leading a high-performing sales team - Driving monthly sales targets and ensuring 100% field force productivity - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with dermatologists and key stakeholders - Implementing marketing strategies for effective brand presence in the assigned areas To excel in this role, you must meet the following candidate requirements: - Mandatory experience in the Dermatology or Cosmetology segment - Extensive experience and knowledge of the applied region (Haryana) - Proven track record in sales leadership and team management In terms of compensation and benefits, the salary and perks are negotiable based on your experience and current CTC.
