Medical Representative-DERMATOLOGY

Jupiven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven experience in Dermatology (B.Sc. or B.Pharma) to join our team as a M.R in Lucknow . We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Representative (MR) to join our Dermatology Division in Lucknow . The ideal candidate must have prior experience in dermatology products, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with dermatologists and skin specialists. Key Responsibilities: Promote dermatology products to dermatologists, skin clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists. Achieve monthly sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned territory. Organize and conduct product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities. Ensure timely follow-ups on customer queries and manage the order and collection cycle. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Submit daily/weekly reports and maintain data in the CRM system. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dermatology segment (mandatory). Existing rapport with dermatologists in Lucknow is a strong advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.
