This role requires engagement in solution, designing, product procurement, BRD Finalization, testing scenarios, Production deployment, cost/benefit analyses, and performance reviews. Role Accountability RFP Process - Product Procurement or Managed Services Collaborate with business & Technical team to write an RFP Understand the major constraints in current system/services, approved budget for the project, timelines, SLA s, any functionality, features non-negotiable Create a draft of scoring criteria basis understanding from Business & Technical team Follow sourcing guidelines approved by the Company Review & schedule walkthrough of the RFP with internal stakeholders to seek their feedback Review relevant reports such as Gartner to ensure RFP reaches out to the highly rated vendors Review responses, attend Vendor Walkthrough, participate in scoring Involve in Business Case preparation Finalize the Scope of work document with the vendor Ensure timely Vendor Onboarding Measures of Success No. of Key projects and programs delivered Deliver assigned activities with best quality and within the desired timelines Ensure first right delivery in production for the projects/tasks assigned to him Team motivation and performance Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in the Banking & Finance Domain Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modeling such as UML, MS Project and MS Visio Well-versed with SDLC Knowledge of requirement-gathering tools and Certification of Business Analysis Professionals like CBAP, ECBA Knowledge of ALM tool which will be used during testing Knowhow to create FMEAs Experience of designing user experience for customer service agents which includes and not limited to design user journeys, create communication messages etc. Should have working experience of digitizing lean business processes for customer services focusing on eliminating the manual touchpoints and creating simplified processes Should have a past experience of working with a CRM tool preferably Siebel Competencies critical to the role Should have strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner, and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve Should be able to manage cross-functional stakeholders from SBI Card and partner employees. You should have experience of defining IT processes, cross-platform IT solutions and delivery of projects Creates processes with customer viewpoint Knowledge of CS Domain and technology solutions You need to effectively manage business and IT stakeholders through regular reviews and effective communication. Qualification B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT. MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 Institutes. Relevant experience or SBICARD verified leadership programs in technology Preferred Industry Credit cards - BFSI
