Mission Statement
Core members of the CSS Talent Acquisition (TA) team will be reporting to the Team Lead, and will be a part of Common Shared Services (CSS), HR TA Delivery team based in Bangalore, handling service processes related to Talent Acquisition for an assigned business unit or geography.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervises the team and works closely with Team Lead to ensure HR TA processes are delivered in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with standard process flows and according to agreed service levels. Drives effective workforce management (cross-training, backlog management and mitigation). Acts as subject matter expert in the team and works on complex issues or cases which are escalated for resolution.
- Identifies and initiates the implementation of best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and drive productivity gains.
- Together with the Team Lead and TA Delivery Manager, it leads internal control over HR TA transactions and quality controls.
- Works with customers and stakeholders to improve understanding, cooperation and performance. Ensures a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and building on results.
- Delivers HR TA support to the HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude.
- Drives appropriate people management activities (working time planning, holiday planning, recruiting, motivation, development).

Your Background
- A bachelor’s degree in any stream
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition in a global organization.
- Hands-on experience on end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
- Ability to manage a team size of 8 – 10 members.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Lean or Six sigma certification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented.
