Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) in the assigned territory.
Source quality business through direct channels, DSAs, and partnerships.
Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and meet goals.
Conduct customer meetings, property visits, and loan eligibility assessments.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with credit policies.
Maintain a strong pipeline and monitor conversion ratios.
Develop relationships with channel partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company processes, risk guidelines, and TAT requirements.
