Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in lead generation, client acquisition, and loan processing for secured business loans (Micro LAP).
Manage day-to-day sales operations and monitor team performance.
Build and maintain relationships with business clients and referral partners.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during the loan sanctioning process.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Coach and mentor junior sales executives to improve productivity and skills.
Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
