Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy/Assistant manager of sales with extensive experience in residential high-rise building project sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategies, 4 to 5 years of sales experience in projects, client relationship management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

  • Lead nurturing, site visits, lead management, sales target achievement

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential high-rise projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents and other stakeholders.
  • Research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Assist in negotiating conventions and closing sales deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity through effective planning and execution of sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in luxury project sales, specifically in residential high-rise building projects.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
