Role Overview

Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new customers for

    Secured Business Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)

    .
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, documentation, and disbursement.
  • Drive business growth through DSAs, connectors, and open market sourcing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with SME/MSME clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and documentation standards.
  • Track competition, analyze market trends, and implement local sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly business targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience

    in

    Secured Business Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans

    .
  • Good knowledge of financial documentation, property valuation, and legal processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under target pressure and manage field sales effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or financial institutions handling secured lending.
  • Candidates with an existing network of DSAs and connectors in the Chittoor or nearby market preferred.
