  • Job Purpose
  • To support the organization in generating revenue by developing digital assets.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Product Vision
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy outlining short-term and long-term goals.
  • Create and communicate a product roadmap detailing planned features and updates.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, user needs, and potential competitors.
  • Regularly assess the competitive landscape for insights that can inform the product vision.
  • Establish a robust feedback loop with end-users to incorporate user preferences and suggestions.
  • Implement mechanisms for continuous user engagement to stay attuned to evolving needs.
  • 2. Product Development Lifecycle
  • Conducting thorough product research by benchmarking with industry counterparts at module, feature, and functional levels, often relying on various industry sources.
  • Gathering requirements through stakeholder engagement and ideation sessions to align with exact needs.
  • UX research akin to product research, ensuring user-centric design.
  • Developing wireframes to outline the product structure and development of user interface.
  • Curating content including application content, blogs, videos, and FAQs.
  • IT Solutioning, understanding system operations, interconnections, and raising necessary requirements to accommodate these effects.
  • Obtaining inter-team approvals from business, legal, and operational stakeholders.
  • Submitting finalized requirements to the IT team for product creation.
  • Business User Testing within a closed user group (CUG).
  • Rolling out the product and conducting user training sessions.
  • Observing testing outcomes, identifying bugs, and raising bug-related requirements.
  • 3.Monitoring & Maintenance
  • Implement performance analytics tools to monitor the product's success metrics.
  • Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product health.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance user experience based on usage data and feedback.
  • Implement user-centric improvements to drive overall satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend upgrades to maintain product relevance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the product aligns with evolving technology standards.
  • 4.Stakeholder Management
  • Foster open and transparent communication channels among stakeholders, ensuring all parties are consistently updated on project progress.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders at various stages, allowing for timely adjustments and alignment with expectations.
  • Develop strategies to address conflicts or diverging viewpoints among stakeholders, facilitating consensus-driven decisions.
  • Customize reporting formats and content to suit different stakeholder groups, delivering information in a way that resonates with their interests and needs.|. Team Management
  • Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various roles in the team
