- The Product Manager (PM) serves as the central hub that aligns customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration
- Critically, the role requires an "Org-First" mindset , meaning the PMs strategy and priorities must first ladder up to the overall company mission and business goals, proactively ensuring alignment across all internal departments before committing to execution
- This strategic leader deeply understands the market, conducts rigorous user research , and performs competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define the products vision and strategy
- The PM translates this high-level vision into an executable product roadmap , prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact while using data to justify trade-off decisions to diverse stakeholders
- They own the product backlog, crafting clear requirements, and working closely with design and engineering teams to oversee development
- Finally, the role involves driving the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring key performance metrics, and iterating on the product based on continuous feedback to maximize product success and business growth for the entire organization
Your Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields, from top-tier institutions; applicants from other
colleges may need to showcase details of previously written engineering code or architecture
- At least 8 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles
- Deep technical expertise with ability to evaluate complex architectures and guide decision-making; significant hands-on engineering experience (any key stack/language) is a high priority
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and human-centered design, with a proven ability to partner and guide design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and emotionally resonant digital products
- Proven track record of delivering transformational digital products in a start-up and/or enterprise environment.
What You Would Ideally Bring:
- Experience in building or managing digital products for best-in-class CX (eCommerce, FinTech, Social Media, Travel, Retail and others as appropriate).
- Additional experience in digital product building in regulated industries (such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals) is a plus
- Sound understanding of applying AI/ML-driven personalization and data platforms (e.g. AEP)
- Lead AI-driven innovation initiatives across TechLilly; shape personalization platforms and data strategy in alignment with enterprise goals
- Lead modular platform strategy and reusable component architecture across TechLilly; drive adoption of agentic workflows and protocols (e.g., MCP) at scale
- Resilience and persistence in navigating ambiguity, overcoming obstacles, and driving progress in complex, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills with strong business acumen
