Manager Production (Cosmoceuticals / Nutraceuticals) Job Description: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and supervise our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities, ensuring consistent product quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining strict compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in production management in the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry. Experience: Nutraceutical, herbal, and ayurvedic products: 5 years (Preferred) Experience with herbal extracts, botanicals, and natural bioactive.. Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations for cosmetic manufacturing. Proficiency in production planning, and process optimization. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Ayurveda, herbal science, and nutraceutical formulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders. Implement and monitor production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety regulations. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing cycle times, and reducing material losses and expenses.
