Job Description

Job Purpose

Bajaj Finserv Web is a critical component of the companys omnipresence strategy. You will be working with Indias largest NBFCs web technology stack, encompassing over 40 business lines and 230+ features, with nearly 500 million traffic and managing over 40,000 webpages.It is an integrated platform offering a portfolio of products covering payments, cards, wallets, loans, deposits, mutual funds, and loans on lifestyle products, ranging from consumer durables to home furnishings.The lead Project Manager will play a crucial role in steering project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions,managing capacity and driving overall project success to enhance client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals. They will manage partner employees for driving projects, onboard partners, carry out product evaluations and manage project finances. They should lead a team of project managers and ensure smooth delivery of projects

Duties and Responsibilities

9-12 years of experience in project management and have a solid background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle management

Proficient in evaluating and selecting right product fitment for business requirements

Proficient in managing partner employees, partner contract negotiations, contract execution and onboarding

Team development Training and create development opportunities for team members

Should be able to manage budgets and project finances

Proficient in technology aspects including requirements gathering, SDLC and delivery management, with the ability to guide and mentor teams, build processes and engagement models from scratch, and lead teams

Intermediate understanding to leveraging GenAI to streamline tasks like reporting, analysis, and planning, improving project efficiency and derive and run use cases for business for revenue potential or cost savings.

Familiar with the technical s (AEM, Azure, DevOPS & Agile Framework, ITIL, Product) to manage day to day work.

Strong grasp of Agile lifecycle management and experience in managing multiple PODs (Project Operations Divisions)and running Scrum and Agile processes.

Strong stakeholder management s and have ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to get deliveries done on time

Should be able to do data analysis and derive insights for critical problems for data sets such as traffic, business funnels.

Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Projects, MS Planner, or similar is required and proficient in creating large project delivery plans for strategic programs

Project / Delivery Presentation creation for strategic business initiatives such as LRS, AOP and Management Reviews.

Should be able to take decisions based on the facts and business scenarios (revenue, cost benefit analysis) and direct the technology and delivery teams with the right prioritization.

Manage team of project managers and ensure smooth functioning of PODs

Hiring project managers and ensuring smooth onboarding of partner employees

Ability to monitor and deliver key KPIs that define project delivery and account performance.

Must have the ability to create o Bottom-up capacity planningo Financial budget forecasto Story lines for the business.

C-SUITE and Strategic Vendor Management

Key Decisions / DimensionsQualifying the requirement implementation based on the prioritization.

Weighing potential outcomes and mitigating negative impacts.

Work allocation and capacity management

Evaluating complex data and scenarios to make informed choices

Major ChallengesManaging and resolving conflicts between multiple stakeholders across platforms, product lines and businesses

Managing of multiple requirements across different PODs

Prioritization of scope across releases

Requirement augmentation and closure from multiple stakeholders like platform/product managers.

Creation of Understanding documents to close the interlock of the requirements between business and tech.

Requirement breakup into technical user stories based on the complexity of solution closed between tech teams.

Reporting to the stakeholders on the adherence to the timelines.

Closure of interdependencies.

Correctness of the Estimates with the available Capacity.

Conflict resolution and unionizing people

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.Work Experience:

Domain expertise in NBFC and Financial industry is big plus.

Understand change requirements and evaluate course corrections based on impact and extent of change.

Guiding the team for scoping of the project along with the relevant stakeholder for critical projects

Conducting discussions with IT and front-end tech teams on major projects on issues related to deviations on delivery and timelines, and work on the revisions.

Provide functional and technical support in resolving Production issues and Customer pain points.

Guide team on the external practices / research to be followed on operational processes and application of the same our business scenario.

Should have led multiple PODs from a PMO perspective

Should have participated in product evaluations

Should have onboarded technology partners

Has been a part of central governance teams managing delivery across multiple teams

Creation of management decks

CMS Knowledge Is a Plus (i.e.: AEM, Drupal)s Keywords

Project Management, Agile and Scrum practices, Azure Kanban board, Financial Budgets, Resource Management, AEM Business analyst, People Management, Conflict Management, Excel, Power Point, Macro, Digital Domain Knowledge, API testing.
