Job Purpose
Bajaj Finserv Web is a critical component of the companys omnipresence strategy. You will be working with Indias largest NBFCs web technology stack, encompassing over 40 business lines and 230+ features, with nearly 500 million traffic and managing over 40,000 webpages.It is an integrated platform offering a portfolio of products covering payments, cards, wallets, loans, deposits, mutual funds, and loans on lifestyle products, ranging from consumer durables to home furnishings.The lead Project Manager will play a crucial role in steering project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, managing capacity and driving overall project success to enhance client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals. They will manage partner employees for driving projects, onboard partners, carry out product evaluations and manage project finances. They should lead a team of project managers and ensure smooth delivery of projects.Duties and Responsibilities
9-12 years of experience in Architecture and Implementation of Front End technologies
Define and drive the frontend architecture strategy across multiple web properties/modules
Lead the design and development of scalable, modular, and high-performance UI solutions using React, SolidJS, and Next.js
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements
Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA engineers
Perform regular code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
Evangelize modern frontend best practices including component design, SSR, hydration, and performance optimization
Own technical decisions for complex modules and lead their execution from concept to production
Continuously evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity and user experience
Ensure security, accessibility, and SEO considerations are baked into all frontend solutions
Proficient in evaluating and selecting right product fitment for business requirements
Proficient in managing partner employees
Team development Training and create development opportunities for team members
Good exposure to GenAI tools
Strong grasp of Agile lifecycle management and experience in managing multiple PODs
Strong stakeholder management skills and have ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to monitor and deliver key KPIs that define project delivery and account performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldWork Experience:10+ years of frontend development experience, with 5+ years in architecture roles
Deep hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, and SolidJS (at least two out of the three is a must).
Strong understanding of frontend performance, SSR/SSG, rendering strategies, and hydration.
Experience working with component libraries, design systems, and micro frontend architectures.
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA).
Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices.
Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and financial data security best practices
Experience in NBFC and Financial industry is big plus.
Conducting discussions with IT and tech teams on major projects on issues related to deviations on delivery and timelines, and work on the revisions.
Provide functional and technical support in resolving Production issues and Customer pain points.
Should have led multiple PODs as an Architect
Should have participated in product evaluations
Should have onboarded technology partners
Has been a part of central governance teams managing delivery across multiple teams
Creation of management decks
CMS Knowledge Is a Plus (AEM)
