Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to acquire and manage brand partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across

  • Collaborate with internal teams for

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities within the cinema advertising space.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Present advertising solutions to potential clients and negotiate advertising contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.


Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the advertising landscape within the cinema industry.
  • Analyse market data and identify areas of opportunity to tailor advertising solutions.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.


Client Communication:

  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.


Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to share with the management team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the advertising industry, with at least 8+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the cinema and advertising industry, including knowledge of various advertising formats and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
