Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Deputy Manager located on-site in Gurugram, India. The Deputy Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day business travel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors. The role includes supervising the booking processes, handling customer inquiries, maintaining service quality, and implementing strategic plans to optimize travel management services. The Deputy Manager will proactively address any issues and provide actionable insights to enhance travel experiences for clients.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms for travel management and real-time data analysis.
• Ability to lead teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement operational strategies.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
