You will play a crucial role as an IT Associate Analyst in maintaining and supporting the organization's IT systems, software, and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing installation, configuration, and support of IT systems to meet business specifications, ensuring ongoing maintenance and updates of software applications and operating systems, and maintaining accurate configuration and support documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and delivering assigned projects and programs to meet established objectives, administering systems and servers to ensure continuous service availability to authorized users, and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, applications, and security systems. Furthermore, you will provide on-the-job support and coaching to junior team members as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should possess strong knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and IT troubleshooting techniques, along with experience in software installations, system maintenance, and end-user support. Familiarity with agile frameworks and project delivery methodologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
