Job Description

Job Summary:

The Position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing corporate clients within the hospital and healthcare industry. This role focuses on selling healthcare services. And also responsible for driving patient acquisition and revenue growth through two key channels: referral partnerships (with doctors, clinics). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and a proven ability to build strategic relationships with high-level stakeholders. This dual-role professional builds strong networks with medical practitioners and trade partners to generate consistent referrals and ensure the availability and promotion of hospital services or healthcare products in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage a network of referring doctors, GPs, specialists, clinics, Eye centers, and corporate health partners.
  • Develop and implement referral engagement strategies to increase patient footfall for OPD, diagnostics, surgeries, or specialty services.
  • Organize

    CME events

    , awareness sessions, and clinic visits to promote hospital offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referring physicians through regular field visits, updates, and service feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments (admissions, diagnostics, patient services) to ensure seamless referral-to-admission processes.
  • Track referral volumes, partner performance, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Conduct regular

    market visits

    , trade promotions, and training sessions for channel partners.
  • Maintain a healthy

    sales pipeline

    and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends

    competitor offerings

    , and

    industry developments

  • Ensure high levels of

    customer satisfaction

    through post-sale support and account management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Any graduate/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:

    3to 5 years of experience in

    sales

    in the

    hospital/healthcare industry

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Proven ability to manage

    long sales cycles

    and close complex deals.
  • Proficient in

    CRM tools

    (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory or region.
