Location: Vijayawada

Experience: 4 to 8 Years (Sales in Water Treatment / Engineering / Infrastructure Industry preferred)

Salary Range: Up to 10 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Sales to expand our business presence in Vijayawada and the Andhra Pradesh region. The role requires strong technical sales expertise, client relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the Water & Wastewater industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
• Handle tendering, proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients.
• Work closely with the technical team for project feasibility and execution support.
• Maintain updated market knowledge and competitor analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports and update management on sales pipeline and achievements.
• Build strong networks with government departments, EPC contractors, and private clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B. Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Chemical) OR MBA (Marketing / Sales).
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in sales/business development, preferably in Water Treatment / Engineering / EPC / Infrastructure industries.

Skills Required:

• Proven sales track record in handling industrial / government / EPC clients.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment solutions will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is a must.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
