Role OverviewThe role focuses on driving business process excellence through data-led insights, SAP expertise, and Lean Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: Optimise processes using SAP modules (SD, MM, QM, PM), QlikSense, and automation tools. Deliver MIS reports and dashboards for performance tracking and business decisions. Lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean principles. Apply data analysis to identify gaps, solve problems, and suggest actionable improvements. Manage project scopes, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Drive customer-focused process enhancements to improve experience and efficiency. Candidate ProfileEducation & Certifications Bachelor’s in Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt, SAP, QlikSense training. Experience 2–5 years in process improvement, business analysis, or operations, ideally in FMCG. Exposure to process mapping and performance improvement initiatives. Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of SAP and analytics tools. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
