Job Description

You are a skilled and diligent Hospitality Professional dedicated to achieving service excellence in Resort Operations. Your role as a Deputy Manager requires a hands-on and flexible approach to meet the business needs of the resort. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee House-keeping department by ensuring daily cleanliness, hygiene, and order in resort rooms - Conduct training and grooming sessions for service staff and housekeeping team - Manage Front Office & Admin department including check-in/out processes and customer interactions - Supervise Property Management for maintenance requirements of buildings, furniture, and fixtures - Handle Purchases & Stock taking for F&B, Housekeeping, MEP while keeping costs under control Qualifications Required: - Highly motivated and goal-oriented executive with a successful track record in achieving operating targets - Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and Marathi languages - Experience with WinCloud Hotel Management Software, MS-Word, and MS-Excel The resort offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including food provision and paid time off. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Marathi language is desired. The work location requires in-person presence for effective management of resort operations.,
