Deputy Manager-Quality

✅Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control

• Establish, monitor, and enforce

  quality systems (QA/QC)

  in line with

  FSSAI

  ,

  ISO 22000

  ,

  HACCP

  ,

  KORE, CCI

  and

  GMP

  standards.
• Lead internal and external audits (regulatory, customer, third-party).
• Manage lab testing, sensory evaluation, and microbiological monitoring.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Implement and manage EHS programs aligned with

  OSHA

  ,

  ISO 45001

  , and

  local statutory requirements

  .
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety drills, and compliance trainings.
• Ensure zero-incident operations and drive a safety-first culture.

Sustainability & Compliance

• Oversee

  waste management, water conservation

  , and

  energy efficiency

  initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental norms and regulatory reporting.
• Develop documentation and SOPs for QSE systems across the factory and supply chain.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor QSE teams across multiple sites.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and R&D for product and process improvements.
• Drive a culture of

🎓Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Food Technology

  ,

  Microbiology

  ,

  Environmental Science

  ,

  Industrial Safety

  , or related fields.
• 10-15 years of experience in

  FMCG or Beverage Manufacturing

  , with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Certified in

  ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 45001

  , and/or

  ISO 14001

  preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and global food safety regulations (FSSAI, WHO, etc.).
• Experience in managing audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
