Job Description

Role Overview: As the Deputy Manager Quality, your primary responsibility is to support the Quality Manager in ensuring that all products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will be leading a team of quality professionals, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards. - Supervise day-to-day quality operations including incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product audits. - Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. - Conduct internal audits and assist in external/regulatory audits. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline. - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards like ISO and GMP. - Prior experience in leading a team and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a quality-focused environment.
