Designation-AC Lead (Dy.Mgr / Mgr.)-SGM About the organization ReNew Power Limited is India s largest renewable energy IPP (Independent Power Producer) with a capacity of over 13.5 GW of Clean Energy and continuing of assets across the country. It develops, builds, owns and operates utility scale wind and solar energy projects as well as distributed solar energy projects that generate energy for commercial and industrial customers. Job Purpose-Team Lead-AC Roles and Responsibilities Managing vendors & Group of assigned engineers at site level for quality work execution as per the project schedule. Verifying all the Drgs to release for execution. Familiarity to IEC / IS codes of equipments and safety protocols. Ensure Electrical work as per approved drawings. Ensure Electrical work as per approved schedule. HOTO (Actively member of HOTO team and handing over commissioned project in the given timeline. Contract closure Supervising & Ensuring Strong knowledge of Solar PV system like Modules, cable Stringing, PV module Inter connection, Junction box erection testing & Commissioning, Inverter Erection, Testing, Commissioning & Fault detection and reporting of the same to appropriate authority for the rectification. Supervising of SCADA work and Communication Protocol scheme, ensuring strong Knowledge of Plant Earthing schemes. Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy IMS implementation, records, Audit preparation. Inspection, testing & reporting of non-conformities in consultation with designated authorities as well as approved FQPs. Field documentation by compiling all relevant data for equipments, cables etc. before commissioning and ensuring the correctness for charging the equipments. Deliverables Adherence to the project schedule and ensuring the progress daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly till completion. Completion of projects in line with engineering drawings and quality within project schedule commissioning date. Developing of the team members assigned to him to be able to opt for next level of responsibilities for future requirements. Ensuring Zero Rework and Zero accident at field level. Ensuring to complete HOTO activities within stipulated period by the assigned contractors Profile & Eligible Criteria Education: 3 years Diploma Engg / B.E / B-tech Engg. Experience: 10-15yrs Execution of work as per the Design/Drawing, preparing BOQ and approved by the customer as per survey. Manage erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of power distribution systems, Inverters, transformers, switchgear, Electrical Equipment s and protection For Solar Projects. Ensure quality execution as per the design Standard. Preparation of Project progress, MIS reports & Updating respective authority about progress of projects Factory inspection for testing of various electrical Equipment s. Managing vendors at site level for quality work execution. Site Co-ordination with Supply chain managements. Measurement and Bill Certification with clients & Contractors. Bills checking & verification Main Interfaces Site Incharge, Planning &Contractors. Engineering design. Ho interfacing with CPM Reporting Authority Site Incharge Location Project Site
