Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Balance Sheet Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Balance Sheet team within the Finance & Accounts department. This role offers opportunities at the Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager level and is based in Jagatpura, Jaipur. With a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, particularly within the banking or financial services sector, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various financial activities. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements - Regulatory Reporting - MIS and Management Reporting - Collaborate with internal and external auditors for smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits - Address audit observations and implement corrective measures to enhance financial reporting processes - Ensure compliance with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions in financial reporting - Supervise and mentor team members to uphold high standards of performance and accuracy - Collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather necessary data and insights - Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables Key Skills Required: - Strong understanding of IGAAP - Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle - Advanced MS Excel skills - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities If you possess the required skills and experience, we invite you to share your resume at ritika.sharma1@aubank.in.
