Job Description

We are looking for experienced professional for Balance Sheet team in Finance & Accounts.


Functional Role: Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Balance Sheet Management

Experience Required:


• Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements

• Regulatory Reporting

• MIS and Management Reporting

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits.

• Address audit observations and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.

• Ensure financial reporting aligns with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.

• Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.

• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables.


Key Skills:


• Strong knowledge of IGAAP

• Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle)

• Advanced MS Excel

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
