Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager / Manager Marketing based in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market analyses, managing client interactions, and preparing proposals to drive business growth. In addition, the role includes overseeing promotional campaigns, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The manager will represent the company at industry events, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications

• Marketing and strategic planning skills, including experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Client management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Data analysis and market research skills, with the ability to assess market trends, analyze data, and identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms relevant to digital and traditional marketing.
• Project management abilities, including planning, organization, and multitasking to meet deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience in the industrial equipment or heavy engineering sector is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
