Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimization of programs and processes within the human resources domain. As a subject matter expert, you will provide strategic guidance, best practice recommendations, and operational support to HRBPs and the broader organization. Your key role will be to ensure HR programs align with business objectives, drive efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. - **Talent Management:** - Design and develop comprehensive talent management and organization development philosophies aligned with organizational values and goals. - Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, R&R Framework. - Develop and implement end-to-end learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. - Create learning modules and instructional design. - Administer and facilitate product trainings. - Identify training needs, curate L&D frameworks, and manage training materials and resources. - Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make recommendations for improvement. - Manage and upkeep of LMS, collaborate with different functions, and organize training programs. - Facilitate training sessions such as behavioral training and compliance training. - **Organizational Development & Design:** - Design and administer employee engagement surveys. - Analyze survey data, identify trends, and prepare presentations. - Prepare monthly/quarterly HR Review Deck. - Track key engagement metrics in alignment with HRBPs and HR Operations teams. - Provide regular reports and insights to management. - Update Organization structure in alignment with HR Operations & TA team. - Draft, design, and publish internal communications. - **Product Training:** - Administer and facilitate product training to employees. - Coordinate with Product & Tech teams to ensure content/material are updated. - Create learning modules and instructional design. **Ideal Candidate:** - Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-8 years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Management, with a focus on L&D running LMS & reporting. - Deep understanding of Talent Development & Human Psychology. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability and AI skill to do research.
