Deputy Manager/ Manager (L&D, Talent management)

As an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner with a background in startups or small companies, you will be responsible for various crucial tasks. Your role will involve managing employees and talent, as well as overseeing learning and development initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing product training sessions for internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Possess at least 4 years of experience in employee/talent management roles and learning & development - Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in organizing product training for internal teams - Manage HR functions in a company with 20+ employees, including creating frameworks and strategies for talent management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in employee/talent management and learning & development - Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate product training for internal teams - Prior experience in managing HR functions in a company with at least 20 employees - Familiarity with creating frameworks and strategies for talent management As a preferred candidate, you will have exposure to scaling HR functions and taking over existing HR processes. Additionally, experience with setting up Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be advantageous for this role.
