 Construction / procurement / other service agreements with Vendors Master Service Agreements (with respect to functions such as HR, Admin, Logistics, EHS, Purchase, Finance, etc.) / Facilitator Agreements Term Sheets Distribution Agreements (with Hospitals and Institutions – India) Distribution Agreements (with Business Partner – Emerging Market) In – licensing / Out- licensing Agreements  Contract Manufacturing Agreement / P2P/ Loan Licensing Agreements Loan / Borrowing Agreements HCP Consultancy Agreements & Letter of Engagement Product Supply Agreements Releasing or Termination Letters/ Agreements Power of Attorneys/ Letter of Authority/Affidavits/ Undertakings Non-disclosure/ Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements Internal agreements within the group companies Review of land/ title documents including working on Lease Deed, Termination Agreement Draft legal notices, responses meant for vendors, suppliers, business partners, regulatory authorities, etc Dealt with external counsels in the legal matters, suits, filing of petition and / or applications in the Court of Law  Undertaking assessment, evaluating legal risk, monitoring legal compliance calendar Developing strategies to manage contract litigation to minimize exposure of the Company to claims and litigations Keeping track of existing laws, changes in laws, rules & regulations Person should have sound judgement and be able to useful contextual insights Ensure that all the documents pass through laid out process and are properly executed and archived
