Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead global Learning & Development (L&D) programs with experience in program design, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, with at least 2 years of proven team leadership experience.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback systems, and development planning.
  • Design and implement employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Spearhead talent management strategies, including succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.
  • This is a US Shift role (6 pm to 3 am)
  • Hybrid role
  • Cab facility available
