Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead global Learning & Development (L&D) programs with experience in program design, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, with at least 2 years of proven team leadership experience.
Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback systems, and development planning.
Design and implement employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to support organizational effectiveness.
Spearhead talent management strategies, including succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.
This is a US Shift role (6 pm to 3 am)
Hybrid role
Cab facility available
