Deputy Manager - IT Infra

Designation:- IT Infra Deputy Manager

Must-have skills and certifications: MCSC and CCNA.

• Administer and maintain Nutanix clusters, including VM provisioning, storage optimization and cluster health monitoring.

• Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, including VPN setup, policy creation and threat detection.
• Configure, monitor & maintain Juniper switches and ensure high availability/performance of LAN/WAN networks along with its monitoring.
• Integration with Active Directory or RADIUS for user authentication.
• Technical Competencies: Fortinet Firewall, Juniper Switches, Rukus Wifi, Netskope, CommVault, OPManager, Manage Engine , Virtualisation, Azure AD ..etc..

Purpose of the role

To provide the guidance and support related to IT infrastructure & network related aspect. To be able to utilize the expertise of this role into excellent seamless delivery of IT services with adherence of the policy & process, and ensure data security.

Role & Responsibilites

Administer and maintain Nutanix clusters, including VM provisioning, storage optimization and cluster health monitoring.

Perform regular updates, backups and disaster recovery planning.

Monitor server performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

Use ManageEngine tools (OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, Network Configuration Manager) for IT asset management, network monitoring, and helpdesk operations.

Track configuration changes and ensure audit readiness

Lead a team of IT support engineers/network administrators & provide l2 support to branch sales team.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support and service level agreements.

Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, including VPN setup, policy creation and threat detection.

Conduct regular security audits and prepare the required audit reports along with mitigations of findings.

Configure and maintain endpoint protection, system scanning reports and its monitoring.

Configure, monitor & maintain Juniper switches and ensure high availability/performance of LAN/WAN networks along with its monitoring.

Deploy and maintain Ruckus Wi-Fi access points and controllers including SSID creation & profiles.

Integration with Active Directory or RADIUS for user authentication

Performance tuning for running devices/ cloud services and its optimization for better performances and output.

Provide L1/L2 level supports to the IT/sales team to keep the business/process/application up and running.
