Must Have Skills

1. Transfer pricing, international taxation, FEMA & other statutory compliance, Foreign subsidy

2. Analyze and interpret tax implications of cross-border transactions

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities

1.     Preparation & Verification of documents for Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) from Indim a and IHC.

2.     Preparation & verification of the Statutory and International Taxation compliance sheet of foreign investments & entities, discussion, arrangement & analysis of Financial Reporting, MIS, Tax Returns of foreign entities.

3.     Participate in the review of proposed transactions to properly advise management of tax consequences. Basic understanding of shareholder agreement.

4.     Transfer pricing, International taxation, Tax compliance, Reporting requirements, Global tax accounting principles

5.     Ensuring accuracy of product costing /Bill of material/ Raw material consumption and cost audit.

6.     Periodic review of stock at C&F and plants

7.     Verification and authorization of voucher entries in ERP

Activities he will Carry out.
