Job Description

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth functional knowledge of HR Operations in any Hospital/Medical college, especially NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) and NMC (National Medical Commission) compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations in coordination with hospital departments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with

    NABH and NMC standards

    , including staff credentialing, training records, and audit preparedness.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in line with accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee staff induction, credential verification, attendance, and shift planning.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, especially mandatory trainings required under NABH.
  • Handle HR documentation, including employee files, joining formalities, exit processes, and record-keeping for audits.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies for compliance-related documentation and inspections.
  • Support internal and external audits; ensure prompt resolution of HR-related audit findings.
  • Collaborate with nursing, administration, and clinical departments to align HR practices with hospital operations.
  • Monitor manpower planning, deployment, and rosters to meet service requirements effectively.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and maintaining workplace ethics and compliance.
  • Prior work experience in any reputed University/Medical college/ Hospital is preferred

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience in a hospital setup is essential.
  • Strong operational knowledge of NABH & NMC standards and documentation protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Payroll softwares.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, compliance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, people management, and problem-solving abilities
