Role Requirements:
8+ years of experience in WFM (Scheduling/Reporting/Capacity Planning/Rostering/Attrition/RTA/Skrinkage/Forecasting)
Strong knowledge of Excel & reporting tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive initiatives
Post Graduate qualification
Notice Period: Up to 30 days
