Job Summary:
The Deputy Manager – HR (Payroll & Statutory Compliance) will be responsible for end-to-end payroll management, statutory compliance including EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other employee-related HR processes. This role ensures accurate and timely processing, adherence to labor laws, and smooth HR operations while maintaining employee satisfaction.
